Zach Garten

Zach serves as Marketing Consultant for Adair & Associates, where he leads the firm's marketing and digital strategy. His focus is helping the firm connect with the individuals and families it serves both locally, and across the country. He believes good marketing starts with helping customers "buy well", meaning getting the right service for their needs. 

Zach brings a background in marketing strategy, consulting, and analytics, with experience supporting organizations in financial services and other industries. He has a knack for turning data and ideas into plans people can act on, and he brings a practical, hands-on approach to his work with Hunter and the Adair team.

Zach was born and raised in Baltimore City, where he still lives, and is a graduate of the University of Maryland. He is a lifelong Baltimore sports fan and also plays soccer when he finds the time to get out on the field.
